If you're looking for a very clever young Collie and plan to do lots of training with them then meet Nova. She's 2yrs old and looking for a true Collie-loving forever home! She'll need an adult only home as a predictable and calm routine will be vital for her. She will be fine to have doggy friends out and about but she has proved previously that she prefers to be the only pet in her home. Her home will also need to have a secure garden so she can play off-lead and tighten up her house training. She does tend to chase traffic so her home will need to be in a quiet and peaceful location with off-road walking routes nearby.

Nova is a friendly young lass but can be a little shy initially. Like any Collie, her confidence grows with regular training and a consistent routine to follow. Border Collie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Border Collie.

View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
