Description

Ezra's ideal home

Ezra is a gorgeous 1-year-old Collie cross who is looking for a patient and understanding home. This young lad can be quite shy at first, but once he builds trust, his true personality shines through—revealing a playful, boisterous side! He’s still learning how to manage his excitement and can be mouthy, so he’ll need confident owners who can continue his training and help him learn good manners. As Ezra came to us as a stray, he may need guidance in all areas, from basic commands to house training. He’s a smart boy who will thrive with positive reinforcement and plenty of mental and physical stimulation. Ezra is looking for an adult-only home or one with children aged 16+ who understand his needs. For now, he’ll need to be the only pet in the household, but he can enjoy the company of calm, well-mannered dogs on walks. With the right support, Ezra has so much potential to become a fantastic and loyal companion.

Could you be Ezra's perfect match?

If you’re ready to help this shy boy grow in confidence and enjoy all the fun he has to offer, he could be the perfect match for you!

Border Collie Buying Checklist

We highly recommend every buyer reads through the below advice when purchasing or rehoming a Border Collie.

  • View the animal in the place it was born and raised - check for genuine home environments if buying privately, or the quality of the breeders set-up if applicable.
  • If viewing a puppy under 6 months, by law they MUST be seen with their mum.
  • Make sure the animal's old enough to be rehomed. 8 weeks should be the earliest a puppy can be rehomed.
  • By law, all dogs MUST be microchipped

Avoid Potential Scams

There are a number of red flags to look out for when purchasing a new puppy:

  • Seller demands a deposit without allowing you to see the dog first - never send any money before meeting the animal in person
  • Seller is reluctant to send you additional photos or videos
  • Seller offers to deliver the dog/puppy
  • Seller asks to meet in a mutual location
  • Seller uses fake or stolen photos from the internet. Always carry out a "Google image search".

Although we have a number of automated systems in place to prevent scam and fraudulant adverts, these can never be 100% accurate and its important to use caution when buying online. We do not accept any responsibility for transactions between our users, especially when our safe buying advice is not followed.
