Birdie's ideal home

Birdie is on the search for a calm and predictable home who can help build her confidence and show her what a loving home feels like. Due to her anxieties, she needs a home with children 16 years or older who can give her the space she needs, and minimal visitors whilst she settles in to home life. Whilst she is unsure of some dogs, she can share her home with another calm, gentle dog who can show her the ropes. She would be unable to live with cats or small furries. Birdie doesn’t appear to have any training under her belt, so she needs owners who are happy to teach her the basics, including housetraining, but she does love a tasty treat which will come in useful with this! Due to her lack of housetraining, she would benefit from having her own private and secure garden. Birdie will need to meet his adopters a few times prior to going home so please bear this in mind when applying. If you rent your property, please have written permission from your landlord ready once you have submitted your application to avoid delays, as it will be required early on in the rehoming process if you are shortlisted. Please note that should you be shortlisted, our rehoming process usually takes between 7 - 10 days

Meet Birdie, a 6 year old Border Collie who is looking for a loving family to call her own. Once she gets to know you and builds a bond with you, she is a super snuggly girls who loves a gentle fuss. She loves nothing more that her tasty snacks, which comes in handy during short and sweet training sessions. She walks lovely on the lead and is overall a loving, sweet girl who will make the best addition to someone’s home.
