Hello. My name is rocky.
Im a border collie looking for a new home.
I was brought up on a farm but wasn't looked after very well at all! I was mistreat.
I'm very anxious and nervous because of this.
During lockdown I found a new family who took me in and showed me the love and care I had never seen before.
Unfortunately due to a relationship break down and my working patterns on nights I unfortunately struggle to do much with rocky, and have really have the time for him and it isn't fair on him.
He wasn't ever my dog he was my ex partners. And the after the break up she just never took him. I've done the best I can for him but he needs someone who can spend more time with him. Take him for long walks and really show him the love he needs.
A bit about Rocky. Once he gets to know you. He is the most loveable dog you will ever know. He loves cuddles. And been shown love. He will need a lot of time and patience. He's not the best with kids or other pets. So a household with out kids and pets would be perfect for him!
Until he gets to know you. He will be very wary!
All he needs is someone to show him love and care for him. Someone to take him out for long walks or somewhere he can run for hours.
I don't want anything for him. I just want to know he's going to go to a good home with someone who will look after him and love him. Someone who will put the time and effort in to help this lad who needs what unfortunately I can't offer him
